Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of innovative IoT solutions tailored for various industries implementing Industry 4.0 strategies, addressing key challenges and opportunities.
Manage and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical architectures, and develop comprehensive solutions.
Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and implementation plans.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to clients' decision-makers and architects, effectively articulating the value proposition and benefits of the proposed solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology strategies and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development.

Additional information
This position is based in Warsaw, Poland, with occasional travel to client sites as required.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing long-term partnerships with clients across various industries, delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and developing IoT solutions or Integration solutions based on event-driven architecture.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing development teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Java or Python, with a strong emphasis on creating robust and scalable solutions.
Extensive experience and practical knowledge of IoT technologies, real-time data integration, and streaming.
Strong understanding of networking and security protocols, particularly in the context of IoT industry standards and compliance requirements.
Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS, with the ability to architect and deploy solutions in a cloud-native environment
Experience in solution selling and consulting is highly desirable, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Fluency in Polish and English is required, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients' decision-makers.
