Role: IT Engineer carrying out L3 Support activities with experience in the area of Identity Management Solution
responsibilities :
Identity Management Implementation: Implement and configure identity management solutions, ensuring secure and efficient user access control.
Application Deployment: Deploy, update, and troubleshoot applications within the identity management framework.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, security, and compliance, generating reports and addressing issues proactively.
Collaboration and Support: Work with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated L3 issues and provide technical guidance.
Incident Resolution: Handle complex identity-related incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.
requirements-expected :
Min. 4 years of experience
Experience in working with the Identity Management Solution (KeyCloak, Consent Management, etc.)
Experience working on LINUX environment
Experience setting up On-Premises server - Docker, Load balancer, server proxy
Experience in application deployment tools like GitLab
Experience in Set up deployment agent like GitLab runner
Experience in database backup and recovery - MySQL, PostgreSQL
Experience setting Monitoring Dashboard like Grafana for container and application logs
Excellent communication skills in English
