About the project We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This role entails not only programming but also engaging in the full lifecycle of software development—from requirements analysis through to deployment. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to software development, encompassing specification, analysis, design, and leading projects when necessary.
Your responsibilities Develop and enhance Java applications, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.
Participate in the full development cycle, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to system analysis, design, and deployment.
Integrate Java and Spring Boot applications into broader systems.
Conduct object-oriented analysis and design, implementing efficient solutions.
Perform code and design reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
Carry out module testing and contribute to program documentation.
Collaborate with project managers on task structuring and planning.
Mentor junior developers and potentially assume leadership roles on technical projects.
Engage in proactive communication with the project manager to highlight issues and suggest improvements.
Participate in multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating effective multitasking and priority management.
Our requirements Proficient in Java development, with substantial experience in building distributed systems using Microservices and RESTful services.
Experience with ORM technologies such as Hibernate/JPA.
Strong practical knowledge of Spring frameworks and PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with Keycloak or OIDC and Angular/Typescript is beneficial.
Technical education in IT or a related field from a technical college or university, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 5 years).
Expertise in object-oriented system modeling (UML, Use Cases) and database modeling (ER Diagrams).
Proficient with build, test, and continuous integration processes using tools such as Maven, JUnit, Bamboo, or Jenkins.
Solid SQL skills.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, with a resilient character.
Additional knowledge of other architectures, frameworks, and programming languages is an advantage.
Experience with software quality assurance processes and tools.
