Our requirements:
Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional hands-on experience in the development of software systems, with at least 3 years hands-on experience in Node.js
Excellent skills and extensive experience in PostgreSQL, particularly in building and optimizing high-scale, high-volume transaction systems
Proficiency in backend tech stack and languages: TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Postgres, Docker and related tools
Experience working with cloud providers (preferably AWS)
Good knowledge of modern DevOps approach and related tools
Experience in building and monitoring high-traffic apps
Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
Excellent knowledge of testing best practices and the ability to write tests based on requirements from the product team
Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in English is a must (min. B2, C1 preferred)
Problem-solving skills, proactivity and being a team player
Computer science degree or equivalent experience
Nice to have:
Experience working with Web 3.0 products, fintech applications, or systems handling a high volume of transactions.
Knowledge about security best practices
Experience working with LaunchDarkly, Datadog or other tools related to DevOps and observability
Product-oriented – able to take a deep dive into the business domain, and partner with product experts to suggest improvements, and pragmatic solutions
