Business Development Manager - Laptopy\Komputery Miejsce pracy: Opole Twój zakres obowiązków Wsparcie działu handlowego w przygotowaniu propozycji rozwiązań dla klientów
Aktywne działania w rozwijaniu wiedzy produktowej zespołu handlowego
Proaktywne działania sprzedażowe prowadzące do pozyskania nowych klientów realizowane poprzez prowadzenie procesów sprzedażowych na zasadzie E2E (mapowanie, rozpoznawanie potrzeb klientów, praca projektowa wewnątrz organizacji, negocjacje, kontraktacja, wdrożenie)
Nawiązywanie oraz rozwijanie współpracy z klientami, analiza potrzeb klientów
Budowanie i pielęgnowanie relacji z obecnymi klientami
Przeprowadzanie prezentacji biznesowych na spotkaniach online i stacjonarnych
Praca z zespołem handlowym w formie wsparcia, wyznaczanie standardów pracy, motywacja, raportowanie, kontrola, coaching, budowanie dobrych praktyk
Współpraca z Zespołem Key Accounts w projektach pozyskiwania nowych klientów
Aktywne kreowanie zainteresowania rozwiązaniami technologicznymi analiza trendów rynkowych
Tworzenie strategii go-to-market dla poszczególnych rynków oraz jej operacyjne wykonanie
Ścisła współpraca z kadrą zarządzającą w zakresie strategii rozwojowych i inwestycyjnych
Aktywny udział w działaniach marketingowych (webinaria, konferencje)
Analiza rynku, aktualnych trendów i identyfikacja możliwości rozwoju
Nasze wymagania Doświadczenie w sprzedaży B2B (min. 3 lata)
Umiejętność analizowania potrzeb klienta w celu generowania upsell i cross-sell
Gotowość do nawiązywania stabilnych i satysfakcjonujących relacji biznesowych z klientami i współpracownikami
Umiejętność pracy w grupie projektowej
Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne
Umiejętność efektywnego zarządzania własnym czasem pracy
Dążenie i motywacja do realizacji wyznaczonego celu
Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie co najmniej B2
Gotowość do podróży służbowych i posiadanie czynnego prawa jazdy
