about-project :
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Architect with expertise in Python, Django, cloud technologies, application scalability, and engineering infrastructure review. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring robust cloud infrastructure and seamless deployment processes.

responsibilities :
Architectural Design and Development:
· Design and develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python and Django.
· Ensure robust architecture that supports high performance, security, and scalability.
Cloud Infrastructure:
· Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Optimize cloud resource usage for performance and cost-efficiency.
· Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery planning.
Application Scalability:
· Design and implement solutions to handle large-scale applications and high-traffic environments.
· Perform capacity planning, load balancing, and performance tuning.
Engineering and Development Best Practices:
· Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes.
· Mentor and guide junior developers and engineers on best practices and architectural principles.
Infrastructure Review and Optimization:
· Conduct regular reviews of existing infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
· Implement strategies to optimize performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration and Leadership:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
· Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

requirements-expected :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Python and Django.
Proven experience in architecting and developing scalable applications.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers.
Must possess a legal work permit in Poland.
