Box is looking for a highly skilled CPQ Developer like you to drive innovation and efficiency in our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. With your expertise in designing, developing, and customizing CPQ solutions using tools like Conga/Apttus, you will streamline pricing and quoting processes for our sales teams. Your ability to lead technical design and development efforts, implement product bundles and pricing rules, and mentor junior developers will ensure seamless integration between CPQ and other systems. By collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities, you will optimize our CPQ workflows. Percentage of Time Spent:
25% partnering with stakeholders to understand use cases and/or triaging technical opportunities/enhancements/issues/bugs
50% leveraging your technical knowledge to administer, create, configure, and/or develop solutions to unlock business value
15% Creatively exploring opportunities, individually and/or with others, to proactively “10x” how our systems work and how we can optimize as a team
10% Continuously learning through training, self study, conferences, and mentorship programs

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ or Apttus
Designing and developing Apttus Conga/Saleforce CPQ solutions , Apex, Visualforce, LWC, flows, Copado, VS Code
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on Conga/Apttus CPQ (Salesforce CPQ will also be considered) implementation and customization.
Apttus certification is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components development within the Salesforce platform.
Experience in designing and implementing complex CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
Solid understanding of sales and pricing processes, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Proven track record of successful Salesforce CPQ implementations and enhancements in a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations is a plus.
