Automation QA Mobile Tester
Remote or Gdynia

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We seek motivated, open-minded engineers to help us test a pioneering cloud-based Video Surveillance product that is rapidly gaining market traction in the US and the rest of the world. The project is executed across two teams—one in the Netherlands, and the other located at the Science and Technology Park in Gdynia.
After initial success, the product is now in the stage where rapid platform up-scaling is taking place and the feature set undergoes fast enhancement. It is a very interesting time to be involved.
Join us, and you will have to learn fast and find a lot of satisfaction in the progress you make. Users interact with our cloud-based Video Surveillance System through a variety of UI types, including mobile platforms. You will be a member of the QA Team that ensures the quality of mobile applications through both automated and manual testing.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
We look for candidates with mid-level experience in software QA engineering, with at leasr 1 year of experience in automating tests of mobile applications (Android/iOS)
You will need to have:
Communicative English
Agile approach to software development process
Ability to work efficiently in Scrum
Experience with Python (especially the PyUnit framework) or a similar programming language
Knowledge of web applications (REST API, UI)
Job methodology (Technologies and tools):
Perform manual testing as needed to supplement automated testing
Automation testing using Behave (Python BDD framework)
Automation testing using Appium (especially with the Appium-Python-Client library/framework
CI/CD to support automated testing pipelines
Charles Proxy
ADB (Android Debug Bridge) and scrcpy tool
Emulators (Android Studio and Xcode for iOS)
Issue tracking tools:
a) Jira
b) Confluence
GIT/GitHub
VirtualBox and VNC Viewer
Linux/Windows/Mac OS
Browser DevTools

ISTQB certificate
