about-project :
We are looking for skilled individuals for the GDT / WSIT Data & Analytics Team. The team is responsible for delivering DA / ML solutions in both on-prem and on-cloud flavours.
The Full Stack Engineer role takes responsibility for delivery and consultancy of any solutions in Cloud and on-prem. The responsibilities entail areas such as client communication, requirement analysis, infrastructure coding & setup, technology update, knowledge sharing, automation, and operations support.

responsibilities :
Developing, implementing, and supporting back-end pieces of the DA solutions according to the agreed software system architecture
Implementing data structures, system designs and patterns
Managing data ingestion aspects, batch and near-real-time, with multiple source types, on-prem and cloud targets
Developing automation tools and scripts for operational teams across GDT / WSIT DA
Identifying bottlenecks and improving software efficiency
Troubleshooting and bug fixing
Writing technical documents to support delivered code
Collaborating with stakeholders at various levels across GDT / WSIT DA and other IT teams to develop sustainable DA solutions
Providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities
Providing technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems
Contributing productively to team objectives

requirements-expected :
2+ years experience in data ingestion aspects
2+ years experience of Scripting Skills (e.g. Python, Perl and Bash)
2+ years experience of SQL (e.g.Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
2+ years experience of Debugging (e.g. stack traces, log files and other system outputs)
Basic experience of Networking (e.g. TCP/IP, Subnetting, Firewalls, etc)
Basic experience of System Administration (e.g. configuring /managing servers, Linux /Windows)
Basic knowledge of Vulnerability Scanning and associated scanning and consolidation products
Strong understanding of technology layers in application landscape, storage, OS, network, database, application
Fluency in English
Demonstrable, excellent, spoken & written communication skills across global organisation
Proven triage capability under pressure, able to make strong priority judgement at runtime balancing contending demands
