Jesteśmy częścią grupy HSV Moulded Foams Group w skład której wchodzą 3 zakłady produkcyjne w Polsce (ŁODŹ, WROCŁAW, RADOMSKO) i dwa zakłady w Holandii. Specjalizujemy się w produkcji kształtek z tworzyw spienionych takich jak EPS (popularny Styropian) czy EPP.
Wszyscy w HSV jesteśmy „Particle Foams Engineers” – oznacza to, że poszukujemy rozwiązań dla naszych Klientów już na etapie koncepcji, którą przekształcamy w projekt – i później w technologię oraz produkt.
Dostarczamy naszym Klientom rozwiązania, które są poza zasięgiem firm konkurencyjnych.

Jak zostać Particle Foams Engineers
Twoje zadania:
koordynacja współpracy przy pozyskiwaniu nowych projektów;
odpowiedzialność za przygotowanie i zarządzanie planami projektów;
prowadzenie projektów w oparciu o procedury IATF oraz ISO 9001 i ISO 14001 między innymi dla światowych liderów branży motoryzacyjnej;
bieżący kontakt z klientem w celu akceptacji rozwiązań oraz zmian;
praca w zespole projektowym;
monitorowanie postępów i raportowanie kluczowych KPI;
przygotowywanie analiz, raportów, ofert, prezentacji itp. ;
wykonywanie dokumentacji projektowej, jej przepływ i archiwizacja;
monitorowanie płatności klientów oraz ich ubezpieczenia, pomoc w egzekwowaniu należności;
udział w audytach klientów, audytach systemowych i przeglądach odbywających się w fabrykach HSV;

Wymagane kwalifikacje i doświadczenie:
doświadczenie w uruchamianiu nowych projektów najlepiej branży motoryzacyjnej w firmie produkcyjnej ;
minimum dobra znajomość języka angielskiego i/lub niemieckiego;
wykształcenie wyższe techniczne;
umiejętność tworzenia harmonogramów, budżetów i dokumentacji projektowej;
znajomość metodologii prowadzenia projektów automotive w tym np. MLA, FMEA, VDA, 8D, Problem Solving, PPAP;
świadomość przestrzegania procedur związanych z bezpieczeństwem informacji.
