Leveraging data and product intuition, they should guide the direction of development and exhibit adeptness in collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
responsibilities :
Cooperating with Product Managers, development teams, UX Designers, and UX Researchers in the development of products and the Allegro platform.
Creating and recommending measures to describe Allegro using numbers, setting KPIs as success metrics, and analyzing large data sets for patterns and dependencies.
Participating in the creation of strategy and setting direction, aligning cross-team efforts for meeting product goals.
Having a measurable impact on designed and implemented solutions through constant cooperation with development teams.
Conducting data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences and verify hypotheses through A/B tests.
Understanding trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy, identifying, and prioritizing opportunities to drive product growth, ultimately enhancing the merchant experience for Allegro merchants.

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or a similar capacity
Have the ability to formulate hypotheses, design and conduct analyses independently
Have exceptional collaboration skills, with an emphasis on clear and effective communication with various stakeholders
Have experience in processing and analyzing large data sets
Have proficiency in using SQL and a foundational understanding of Python
Have expertise in selecting appropriate data visualization techniques; familiarity with Looker Studio/Tableau is a bonus
Care about the quality of the code
Know English at a minimum level of B2
