Preparation of the year plan, study schedule
Selection, management and development of teachers of the Polish program.
Maintaining school documentation
Participation in events for teachers, self-development and promotion of the school.
Understanding the unique aspects of Polish Curriculum and Cambridge Standarts
Ability to manage projects from conception to implementation
Effective use of modern technologies in the educational process and administration.
Maintaining all necessary learning platforms
Cooperation with the educational institution
Compliance with the requirements for license renewal
Communication with parents, if necessary
Audit of the current state of the school, onboarding
Drawing up a curriculum and timetable
Preparation of a school improvement plan
Implementation of necessary changes according to Polish legislation from September 1, 2024
Nasze wymagania Four-Five years of teaching experience at Polish School
Significant experience in managing role, with a focus on academic development
Deep understanding and experience with Polish programs
Excellent proficiency in English as a native language, ensuring effective communication with all educational stakeholders
Ability to assume the role of a leader, inspiring the team to achieve high results
