Responsibility for the achievement of set sales goals
Acquiring and leading projects for clients of advanced industry (Automotive, Engineering, OEM, Industrial, Construction, Off-shore) from acquisition to finalization of sales
Coordinating projects with the Business Development team, the Technologists and Quality Departments
Technical advice on the products offered
Experience in contract management in English: NDA, QA, LM, GTC, KANBAN
Participation in trade fairs in target customer segments
Conducting meetings and product presentations for clients
Participation in training and company development
Reporting your work in CRM, SAP, Flow, and other systems
Our requirements Proven effectiveness in achieving the expected sales results
Readiness for business travel and field work (1/2 working time)
Expected compatibility of the character with the scope of tasks in the field of hunting and project management
High ability to finalize sales supported by results
High communication skills, efficiency, availability and diligence
Ease of establishing contacts and building relationships with the client
Very good planning skills for long-term projects
Knowledge of a selected foreign language at the level of min. B2 (ENG/DE)
Familiarity with an international environment
Experience in customer service in a foreign language min. 2 years
Experience in a similar position and in servicing large factories (experience in the fastening industry will be an advantage)
Knowledge of the market in the technical industry and knowledge of production processes such as Cold forming, CNC, Stamping, Machining is welcome
Impeccable appearance
Optional Knowledge of the functioning of production factories
Knowledge of Lean Management, Kaizen
