Ferchau Poland is looking for a (Lead) Flutter Developer to join cutting-edge projects for a digital health company based in Dublin with an office in Wrocław. The projects are improving the health and quality of life of millions of people.

responsibilities :
Design and build advanced digital health systems consisting of mobile applications, external devices, and cloud back-end services
Oversee the Flutter development of mobile applications tailored for iOS and Android platforms, collaborating closely with fellow mobile app developers to ensure a unified approach across both platforms and uphold feature parity
Standardize the apps delivering the same quality and UI/UX whilst minimizing duplication of effort
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve application performance
Help maintain code quality, development processes, and automated testing
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

requirements-expected :
5+ years of working experience in mobile app development, demonstrating successful delivery of mobile apps
Expertise in Flutter framework and Dart language
Experience with RESTful APIs to connect apps to back-end services
Understanding of cloud messaging APIs and push notifications
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Good knowledge of Git
Solid understanding of the software engineering techniques, mobile development life cycle, and UI/UX standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work in both international and multifunctional teams
