about-project :
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP IS-U Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP IS-U modules, ensuring that business requirements are met with optimal system solutions. The consultant will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts and other technical teams, to deliver effective utility management solutions.

responsibilities :
Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP IS-U modules according to business requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to gather, document, and analyze requirements for SAP IS-U functionality, including billing, customer service, and device management.
System Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for the SAP IS-U system, including troubleshooting, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute test plans, perform unit testing and system integration testing, and ensure the quality of the solution prior to deployment.
User Training and Support: Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end users on SAP IS-U functionalities and processes.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SAP IS-U with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Project Management: Assist in project planning and execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and status reporting.

requirements-expected :
Experience: [3-5] years of experience as an SAP IS-U Consultant or related role, with a strong understanding of utility industry processes.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP IS-U modules, including but not limited to: Billing and invoicing, Device management, Customer service, Registration and deregistration.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and offer effective solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is preferred.
