About the project We are looking for a TypeScript Developer to join our team at MindPal, working on modernizing a project management system in the Pharmaceutical industry for our client from Western Europe. The project involves adding innovative components using exciting technologies under the guidance of an experienced team. Your responsibilities Engaging in Active Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the product team and other departments to dive deep into user needs, ensuring the solutions you develop are both innovative and directly aligned with user expectations.
Driving Technological Innovation: Spearhead the design and development of state-of-the-art solutions that streamline and enhance recruitment processes. Utilize the latest advancements in AI technology to bring automation and efficiency to the forefront.
Bringing Ideas to Life: Have the autonomy to initiate and bring your own ideas to the table. This includes the creative freedom to design and refine workflow processes and user interfaces, aiming to boost functionality and improve user experiences.
Maintaining Robust Systems: Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. This includes managing Docker containers for seamless deployment, focusing on continuous integration, and prioritizing the security and reliability of applications.

Our requirements Proficiency in TypeScript: You should have a solid understanding and practical experience with TypeScript.
English Language Proficiency: A minimum of B2 level proficiency is required to ensure effective communication within our international team.
Proficiency in Docker Containers: Knowledge and experience in using Docker containers are desirable for our development processes.
Experience: At least a year of experience in the field. However, if you believe you are a valuable addition to our team and are up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply regardless of your years of experience.
Optional Experience with AWS, Svelte, and PostgreSQL is appreciated but not mandatory.
Experience in reporting tools or environments would be beneficial.
Familiarity with Node.js and RxJS.
Proficiency in at least one of the following frontend frameworks: Vue 3, React.js, or Angular.js.
