about-project :
As a Product Manager within the InfoSec team, you will be responsible for rolling out capabilities for internal organizational use, operating in a business-to-business environment. While your primary focus will be on serving internal stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction remains a top priority for the team.

responsibilities :
Gather and analyze customer and internal security team needs and opportunities for new information security products and services; Act on behalf of several stakeholders and represent their needs during all phases of product development
Track and improve customer satisfaction across all user groups. Represent the user’s perspective throughout the development process.
Plan short- and long-term initiatives, create roadmap and track progress against goals of the security team in various areas
Define user personas, use cases and workflows, user stories, product requirements, and develop roadmaps in alignment with the overall information security strategy
Define acceptance criteria for solutions, value proposition and milestones for execution; Validate prototypes with partners and iterate solutions as needed to deliver value
Analyze risks associated with products and develop a risk mitigation plan
Communicate successfully with partners and drive accountability across teams to ensure product development is successful
Communicate successfully within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information
Track and provide reporting and measurements of product development progress and develop analysis and reports to senior management
Develop change management processes and communication

requirements-expected :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical product management. Information Security sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Practical understanding of Software development lifecycle. Experience working alongside software development teams is a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, especially application security, their features, leading practices and principles is a plus.
Previous development or security experience is a plus
Successful track record of launching new technology products from design through iteration, launch and ongoing support and improvements
Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/KANBAN) and Atlassian tools (i.e., Confluence and Jira)
Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask efficiently
Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal and external partners
Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills
Experience influencing others without having direct management authority and motivating them to successfully complete tasks within required timelines
Strong risk analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with partners.
