Extensive experience in a third-line support role, specifically with SharePoint applications across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
Proficiency in technologies including:
- SharePoint Online and On-Premises
- IIS and .NET web applications
- Microsoft Azure and Windows Operating Systems
- Azure DevOps Release Pipelines
- F5 Load Balancing and SAML Single Sign-On
PowerShell scripting
Networking concepts and diagnostics tools (e.g., Wireshark, Fiddler)
SCOM and Active Directory

Prior experience in a global organization, preferably within the legal or professional services sector
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on maximizing business value
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly
Proven ability to work effectively within a large, globally distributed team
