Senior/Lead Product Manager @ Unravel

Together with Unravel (the company operating within the Spyrosoft Group)  we are looking for a  Senior Product Manager  for our client (well recognized industrial company) who will drive financial impact by partnering with internal customers to define and execute assigned product vision and strategy, manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a product, and help identify market opportunities. S/he will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of customer needs, financial impact, insights, and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis.
This role will require 20-30% travel. Client is based in Pittsburgh, PA (USA) and is open for remote work.
Availability:  ASAP

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management
Experience in eliciting, splitting, documenting, and refining business requirements
Experience in business process modeling and business process implementation, preferably utilizing modern notations such as BPMN
Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences – internal, external, business, and technical
Solid portfolio of commercial agile projects, web, and mobile, implemented in an international environment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to execute and manage expectations within a cross-functional, matrix management environment
Good understanding of Agile and SAFe Agile development principles
Exceptional data analytics skills.
Ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
Good industry knowledge and understanding of current and future trends
Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry trends.
History of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations.
Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders.
Comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, both through a technology and competitor lens.
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Lean Startup methodologies.
