IT project management and planning skills (7+ years).
Previous experience from release or deployment management activities (preferably from the banking sector).
Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework.
Confident working with Project Management tools. (Jira,Confluence).
Experience to work with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Experience with working on the edge of IT and business, with solid understanding of business aspects.
Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working.
Have extra-ordinary communication skills and fundamental technical knowledge in order to communicate with the development team(s) and create & validate deployment runbooks in collaboration with the team.
Have the passion to work with industry-leading Release Orchestration tool to create automated release pipelines with the help of technical experts.
Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, SAFe methodologies.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
*Flexibility: able to work paid evenings and weekends for the implementation of events.
