Capture the tactical and strategic architecture milestones with traceability to the Treasury objectives mapped to key results that provide ongoing governance and enable management of technical debt and alignment to strategic direction. Define the data used with the Treasury sub-value streams and underlying processes and those shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data. Embed these definitions as part of the Value Stream operating model and required handshakes with other value streams within Global Finance and the rest of the organisation. Work closely with business stakeholders, Quantitative Analysts and IT to create synergies across different functions and departments and contribute to the end-to-end design and planning.
