We are seeking a Middleware Integration Specialist with deep specialization in IBM MQ. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and integrating the IBM MQ infrastructure with various middleware solutions. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the seamless integration, availability, and reliability of the messaging infrastructure, supporting diverse applications and services.

responsibilities :
Monitor the performance of the IBM MQ servers and associated infrastructure.
Document IBM MQ infrastructure configurations and procedures.
Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ servers and associated infrastructure.
Lead efforts to integrate IBM MQ with other middleware platforms, ensuring optimal interoperability and performance.
Automate deployment and management of IBM MQ servers.
Manage access controls, security configurations, and authentication protocols for IBM MQ servers.
Work with other teams to ensure the integration of IBM MQ with other data stores and messaging systems.
Ensure the availability and reliability of IBM MQ servers and associated infrastructure, including implementation of High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans for IBM MQ servers.
Configure and manage IBM MQ objects, including queues, topics, and channels.
Design, operation and maintenance of IBM MQ cluster.
Implement and maintain IBM MQ clustering and workload balancing.
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of hands-on experience supporting MQ V8 and above in a Large distributed platform.
Experience in integrating IBM MQ with various middleware solutions and building new MQ instances.
At least 4 years of experience with RHEL.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience with SSL Certificates.
Deep understanding of IBM MQ cluster design, operation and maintenance.
Excellent analytical skills to analyze issues and efficiently troubleshoot problems, and take corrective.
Familiarity with distributed systems (Linux).
Experience using automation with Ansible automation (for middleware platforms).
Experience with Unix shell scripting.
Knowledge of Database Family (SolidDB, Postgres).
Good to have AWS Knowledge - EC2, Load balancers, ASGs, Network (SG, ENI, VPC, Availability zones).
Ability and willingness to work on an on-call rotating schedule.
Fluent communication in English.
