Escalation Engineer

Our Requirements:
Working in Technical Support (2nd or 3rd level)
Experience in monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting computer systems and networks problems
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system (Event logs, Procmon usage, IIS logs)
Microsoft IIS Administration and Troubleshooting Experience
Active Directory/LDAP knowledge
Team player, self-motivated, eager to learn new things and technologies
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing world-class service
Nice to have:
Experience as a software engineer with 2 or more years of experience in C# or C++
Experience in supporting development (R&D) teams
Powershell Experience for Implementation, Troubleshooting and Automation
