What does the recruitment process look like?
First online recruitment interview with our CTO. Arthur will introduce you to the company and the product we are working on, so you can immediately check whether it is a good place for you. In turn, you will give us a little more information about yourself.
The second online conversation will also be attended by some people from the development team. For us, it is an opportunity to better evaluate your experience, and for you a chance to get to know part of our team.
Final decision/offer - congratulations and welcome on board We finalize the details and start the adventure.
Regardless of our decision, we will come back to you with feedback.

Your Qualifications:
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS, etc.).
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK with TypeScript.
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (preferably Bitbucket Pipelines).
Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker).
Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch).
Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices.
Other skills:
Good communication skills in Polish and English along with an overall strong communication skills
