Join our cutting-edge Generative AI Innovation Hub as a Principal Engineer and become a pivotal part of a team dedicated to reshaping the boundaries of technology. We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced engineer who is passionate about leveraging generative AI to create transformative solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead projects within our innovation center, where we will be prototypingand rapid iteration of new ideas is a focus. This architect will also provide oversight for Product teams focused on building out solutions leveraging Generative AI for production.
This individual must be a technologist & engineer at heart and be comfortable in enabling new technology and being hands on with the execution of the strategy. She/he must exhibit a deep understanding of modern technology stack and agile delivery models, demonstrated focus on customer experience, and must have a proven track record of modernizing technologies.
Close collaboration and alignment with business teams, application development teams and security will be required. As such, exceptional abilities in building and maintaining strong working relationships and organizational savvy will be required. High level communication and presentation skills are required. Ability to attract, retain, and develop engineering talent will be critical.

responsibilities :
Architect and develop advanced generative AI solutions that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of complex systems using Python and other relevant technologies.
Facilitate and drive the prototyping and validation of new tech concepts within the innovation hub.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative AI technologies with existing systems and business processes.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, applying this knowledge to drive continuous innovation.
Promote a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging team members to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
Development practices: An advocate for development practices such as TDD and Pairing.

requirements-expected :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and system architecture.
Proven expertise in Python and familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks.
Strong experience in designing and building solutions leveraging generative AI technologies.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize complex ideas effectively.
A track record of leading successful technology projects from conception to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in innovative ways.
A relentless passion for technology and innovation.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the conventional framework.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The capacity to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
