responsibilities :
as one of our Programme Leads you will join the Pepco Group Strategy & Transformation team in a key leadership position. You will lead the delivery of strategic programmes across our Customer and Commercial functions making a significant contribution to Pepco Group strategic objectives.
you will work in partnership with our Commercial and Customer teams and alongside other key functions including Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and IT to name few.
working closely with Executive and Business sponsors as well as building matrix relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and third-parties
taking programmes from ideation through to closedown and handover to BAU, working closely with the TMO to follow industry best practice methodologies approaches in areas including but not limited to including planning, reporting, escalation and KPI / financial tracking
lead multi-disciplined project and programme teams including resources from sponsoring functions as well as supporting areas such as IT and Finance.
monitoring and reporting on project activities, dependencies, status and risks,
escalating critical issues with a predictive, forward-looking nature and ensuring resolution,
providing input and playing an advisory role to help make sound business decisions by identifying needs, making assessments, and problem solving,
assisting with developing and preparing business cases/analysis, reports with convincing data for leadership review,
working with other programme managers to identify dependencies, risks and opportunities across multiple projects both cross-functionally and across all Pepco Group banners / territories.
demonstrating strong business acumen to ensure that solutions delivered align with business requirements and are reflective of the dynamic and changing environment that we operate within
ensure appropriate programme resourcing both in the transformation team and in function especially in cases of high demand where value is at risk and additional effort is needed.
work alongside Finance team member to develop and manage budgets for programmes and contributing projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.

requirements-expected :
relevant experience in senior transformation roles, preferably in programme management,
experience within the retail or consumer goods sectors, on a global scale, preferred,
experience in managing stakeholders up to C-Suite level,
proficiency in Business English is a must,
ability to build influential and trust-based relationships,
a sharp focus on delivery and execution,
resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment,
in-depth technical knowledge of major transformation, project, and programme delivery,
strong leadership and management capabilities,
business acumen and financial awareness,
the capacity to take appropriate action and demonstrate sound judgment in critical and high-pressure situations,
an excellent team player who values collaboration,
the role is based in our Poznan Head office and an office presence is essential.
