Who we are looking for
In this role, you will work with State Street teams from around the globe to mainly support premier investment management clients of Italian market. You will have immediate responsibility to oversee all day-to-day transactional responsibilities in a fast-paced, flexible and exciting environment.

You will be part of an enthusiastic team dealing with trade settlements and will work collaboratively with your team members to ensure trade settlement's accuracy and timeliness.
What you will be responsible for
As Senior Trades Matching Analyst you will:
•Act as a resource within Trade Settlement team to problem-solve for issues with clients, counterparties and other internal teams.
•Effectively identify potential issues that might work against the team and take early corrective actions.
•Communicate effectively and engage in building an effective working relationship with internal primary service recipient (State Street Italy)
•Respond to inquiries from clients, custodians, and brokers to ensure timely effective processing of requests.
•Prepare, complete, and review standard client reporting.
•Perform transaction processing tasks within the business unit as necessary to support processing routines.
•Consult with peers to optimize the operating model aimed at continuous improvement and transformation
•Oversee and train new hires
•Participate in any cross department's initiatives aimed at improving Employee Engagement

•Working knowledge of Excel and other tools used in the team such as MyStateStreet, MCH, GTM, IMT.
•Highly self-driven sense of motivation.
•Naturally curious and passionate.
•Strong accuracy aptitude and detail orientation.
•Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
•1-3+ years' relevant experience.
•Degree in Economics
Additional requirements
•Good command of English.
•Working knowledge of software packages particularly Microsoft Excel.
