Continuous Improvement Manager (FSC)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Client Global Project Management Office in Krakow. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting and implementing a culture of continuous improvement within the Financial Solution Center in the EMEA region. You will lead initiatives to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive positive change across our Client global FSC locations.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement, project management, Six Sigma, or Lean initiatives.
At least 2 years of managerial experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management.
Proven experience in managing CI projects in finance and accounting, preferably within an SSC/BPO environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and Change Management.
Experience working with technologies such as SAP, Celonis, Tableau, or Power BI.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently assess and optimize processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a global, matrix organization and manage multiple priorities.
Results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English.
