As our company is growing we are looking for IT Product Manager

Purpose of the role
Collaborate with engineering and other teams to enhance internal systems and ensure seamless integration,
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories,
Support the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet internal and external stakeholder needs.

What will you do?
Act as the main point of contact between engineering and business teams for internal system improvements and integrations,
Gather and document business needs, translating them into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows,
Support the development and maintenance of a prioritized product backlog,
Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to improve processes and outcomes,
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and compliance, to understand system requirements and priorities,
Coordinate with external providers for seamless integration of third-party tools and APIs,
Collaborate with QA team to ensure features meet acceptance criteria before release.

What do we expect from you?
University degree,
3+ years of experience in product function or project management, preferably with a focus on internal systems or integrations,
Fin-tech and financial sector know-how would be an advantage .
Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required,
Adequate skills in  writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating detailed documentation ,
Solid understanding of APIs and system integration concepts.
Good communications / interpretation skills,
Independent in assigned duties ,
Team player with a proactive approach to finding solutions and overcoming challenges,
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to facilitate collaboration across teams.
