Jako Technical Project Manager bÄdziesz pracowaÅ nad rozwojem i utrzymaniem istniejÄcych projektów opartych o Redge Media Portal jak i nad nowymi wdrożeniami, a ZespóŠdo którego doÅÄczysz skÅada siÄ ze specjalistów we wszystkich obszarów niezbÄdnych do realizacji (developerzy backend, frontend, iOS, Android, SmartTV oraz specjaliÅci z dziedzin devops, testowania, UX/UI, jak i pozostali kierownicy projektów). Technical Project Manager powinien skupiaÄ siÄ przede wszystkim na czÄÅci backend i wybranej platformie np. WEB i wspieraÄ dziaÅania pozostaÅych kierowników w ramach prowadzonych projektów.

Twoim zadaniem bÄdzie koordynacja prac w bezpoÅredniej wspóÅpracy z Klientem oraz ZespoÅem, czyli m. in.:

dbanie o podstawowe parametry projektu takie jak zakres, harmonogram, budżet i koszty projektu,
kontakt z Klientem zwiÄzany ze zbieraniem nowych wymagaÅ i przekazywaniem zrealizowanych zadaÅ,
przekÅadanie wymagaÅ na koncepcje rozwiÄzaÅ i szacowanie pracochÅonnoÅci,
codzienna organizacja pracy ZespoÅu Projektowego,
zarzÄdzanie zadaniami oraz dbanie o dokumentacjÄ projektowÄ,
dbanie o najwyższÄ jakoÅci wdrażanego oprogramowania,
raportowanie postÄpów, wskazywanie ryzyk i szukanie rozwiÄzaÅ, które je niwelujÄ.

Wymagania:

minimum piÄcioletnie doÅwiadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów w ramach kilkuosobowego zespoÅu programistów backend,
odpowiedni poziom znajomoÅci zagadnieÅ backend do wypracowywania z ZespoÅem odpowiednich rozwiÄzaÅ, planowania dziaÅaÅ,
wiedza techniczna pozwalajÄca na szacunkowÄ analizÄ stopnia skomplikowania oraz pracochÅonnoÅci wprowadzania zmian w istniejÄcych rozwiÄzaniach ze wsparciem ZespoÅu,
doÅwiadczenie w kwestiach operacyjnych zwiÄzanych z utrzymaniem i rozwojem aplikacji internetowych dziaÅajÄcych w Årodowisku produkcyjnym wykorzystujÄcym Jave w backendzie,
komunikatywnoÅÄ oraz sprawnoÅÄ w posÅugiwaniu siÄ jÄzykiem polskim i angielskim w mowie i piÅmie,
chÄÄ proaktywnego dziaÅania oraz umiejÄtnoÅÄ poszukiwania skutecznych kompromisów.

Mile widziane:

doÅwiadczenie w pracy na stanowisku programisty, analityka lub podobnym,
wyksztaÅcenie wyższe techniczne, preferowane kierunki informatyczne,
certyfikat AgilePM/Scrum lub inny specjalistyczny w zakresie zwinnego zarzÄdzania projektami,
doÅwiadczenie we wdrażaniu rozwiÄzaÅ opartych o usÅugi IaaS i PaaS typu AWS,
znajomoÅÄ aspektów zwiÄzanych z technologiami multimedialnymi (MPEG-DASH, Widevine DRM, itp.).
