We are currently seeking an ESG Coordinator - Environmental to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an ESG Coordinator - Environmental at ICON, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, with a focus on environmental sustainability. What You Will Be Doing:
Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies and initiatives. Conducting environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations. Monitoring and analyzing environmental performance data, including energy consumption, waste generation, and greenhouse gas emissions. Identifying opportunities for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other environmentally sustainable practices. Developing and delivering training programs to raise awareness of environmental issues and promote sustainable behaviors among employees. Engaging with external stakeholders, including suppliers, regulators, and community organizations, to enhance our environmental stewardship efforts. Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field;
advanced degree or certification preferred. Proven experience in environmental sustainability or related field, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Strong understanding of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
