Poszukujemy Junior Gaming Project Managera lub Gaming Project Managera do naszej marki GX Studio Jeśli jesteś osobą odpowiedzialną, potrafisz pracować nad realizacją ambitnych celów oraz kochasz gaming, nasza oferta jest dla Ciebie Praca hybrydowa z Warszawy lub Wrocławia (dostępność w tych lokalizacjach będzie atutem) lub zdalnie.

Obowiązki: Zarządzanie powierzonymi projektami.
Planowanie i kontrola budżetów realizowanych projektów.
Opracowywanie koncepcji turniejów, konkursów i transmisji do ofert sprzedażowych.
Raportowanie finansowe całego projektu oraz prowadzenie dokumentacji projektowej.
Monitorowanie postępów prac, efektów oraz identyfikowanie potencjalnych zagrożeń.
Kontakt z podwykonawcami i przekazywanie im podziału obowiązków, tworzenie regulaminów.
Realizacja projektów transmisyjnych przy współpracy z wewnętrznymi bądź zewnętrznymi realizatorami.
Aktywny udział podczas realizacji projektów online i offline.
Prowadzenie komunikacji z klientami i partnerami biznesowymi.

Wymagania: Doświadczenie w zakresie zarządzania projektami.
Dyspozycyjność (praca w różnych godzinach w zależności od realizowanych projektów).
Zaangażowanie, pasja, inicjatywa, konsekwencja w dążeniu do celów.
Samodzielność, przedsiębiorczość, rzetelność.
Komunikatywność.
Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej.
Umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów.
Odporność na stres, otwartość na wyzwania, umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.
Znajomość trendów w gamingu.
Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym.

Dodatkowymi atutami są dla nas: Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie w zakresie prowadzenia projektów gamingowych.
Znajomość gier: CS:GO, LoL, VALORANT, TFT.
Umiejętność obsługi programów Canva, Excel, Photoshop.
Prawo jazdy kat. B.
