responsibilities :
Data System Optimization: Conduct a thorough review of existing product data systems (like PIM) to identify areas for improvement. You'll then lead the development and enhancement of these systems, ensuring they align seamlessly with user and stakeholder needs (internal and external).
Streamlined Processes: Design and optimize processes for maintaining product data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Innovation Through Feedback: Actively gather feedback from users and stakeholders to fuel new ideas and enhancements for the product data system and connected tools.
Data-driven Insights: Generate reports and analyze data to gain valuable insights into product information usage and overall system performance.
Empowering Markets: Provide guidance and support to PIM Specialists within individual markets, ensuring they effectively implement established processes.
Building User Confidence: Train and support users to ensure they can confidently and efficiently utilize the system in their daily work.
Monetization Potential: Identify opportunities to generate revenue by leveraging the developed system and data. You'll then pilot test these approaches with selected markets.
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the Group-level PIM Specialist (direct report) and PIM Specialists in the Markets (dotted line reporting), fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

requirements-expected :
Proven experience in a Product Owner role.
Practical experience with PIM systems (Akeneo as a plus).
Demonstrated ability to enhance product performance and user engagement.
Deep understanding of the retail business and a knack for anticipating customer needs (experience in distribution, FMCG production, or retail is a plus).
Strong grasp of technology stacks and the ability to understand technical challenges.
Effective communication with technical teams to make informed development decisions.
Ability to inspire change as a hands-on leader.
Excellent team collaboration and management skills.
Advanced (C1) written and spoken English.
Availability for onboarding in Warsaw, hybrid work model after introduction period.
