about-project :
We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Cloud Native Manager to lead high-impact cloud-native development projects, with a focus on Python technologies. In this role, you'll drive innovation, foster technical excellence, and shape the engineering culture within EPAM. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, clients, and talented engineering teams to deliver scalable, cutting-edge solutions.

responsibilities :
Oversee and guide high-impact engineering projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering exceptional client value
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations
Implement advanced agile methodologies and engineering practices to optimize processes and drive operational excellence
Inspire and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts, building and sustaining high-performing teams
Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and methodologies for cloud-native development and Python programming
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success
Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, integrating industry trends into engineering solutions for continuous improvement
Lead high-impact engineering projects, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver exceptional client value
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, timelines, and quality standards to exceed client expectations

requirements-expected :
Extensive experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar role, leading large-scale cloud-native development projects
Deep technical expertise in cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proven proficiency in Python development, including advanced frameworks, libraries, and best practices
Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding and inspiring engineering teams toward success
Expertise in Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and project management, including handling multiple high-impact projects
Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and managing senior-level client relationships
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align engineering initiatives with business goals and drive innovative solutions
A strong commitment to technical excellence, with experience in enforcing best practices, methodologies, and quality standard
C1 English level proficiency
