about-project :
In order to support our Regional Electronics Development Center in Gliwice, we are looking for a Technical Software Lead who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success

responsibilities :
Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the software development team, helping them to make informed design and implementation decisions.
Project coordination: From concept phase to series production.
Technical Team Management: task, requirements, progress & implementation monitoring.
Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the software architecture, including those related to technology, integration, performance, and security.
Communication: Communicate decisions, changes & proposals, ensuring that everyone involved has a clear understanding of the software's design and its implications.

requirements-expected :
Approximately 3 years of Software Development related experience
University degree in Electronics/Automation/Telecommunication or related - nice to have
Knowledge of Automotive SPICE certification as well as initial experience with functional safety (ISO 26262)
Team Management skills & relevant experience
Knowledge of automotive project planning and execution
Communication in Business English will not be a challenge.
