responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to establish robust software architecture and deliver new features.
Write clean, well-documented backend code adhering to industry best practices.
Continuously optimize and enhance existing backend codebases to ensure maintainability and scalability.
Seamlessly integrate with REST APIs and backend services to deliver comprehensive backend solutions.
Mentor and support fellow engineers, driving backend engineering initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

requirements-expected :
5+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Node.js.
Proficiency in React and a solid understanding of PHP fundamentals.
Solid understanding of engineering best practices and experience with large-scale distributed systems.
Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, SQS) and various data storage solutions like Redis, ElasticSearch, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Advanced knowledge of testing practices, including unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end (e2e) testing.
Experience with Docker, Git, and observability tools like Bugsnag, New Relic, or similar.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, growth mindset, and proficiency in English.
