requirements-expected :
5-7 years of experience in Salesforce, including 2-3 years as a Salesforce Architect.
Strong hands-on experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud.
Proven experience with MuleSoft for integrations.
Experience with integrating CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and VRA (Virtual Remote Assistant).
Familiarity with Amazon Connect integration.
Knowledge of the Salesforce mobile Field Service application, including offline capabilities.
Proficient in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Ability to gather business requirements and lead client workshops.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
