Join us as an CEO Executive Assistant, where you'll support the CEO, Kris Lis, in the daily tasks, cooperating also closely with our Management Board and senior management team. This is your opportunity to get things done and make a real impact at the same time

As a CEO Executive Assistant you will:
Support CEO’s in his day to day work: manage the calendar, answer email queries, prepare daily updates
Plan and participate in the business meetings: schedule the meetings, create and maintain meeting notes, gather action points, etc.
Plan and set-up the business trips: in Poland, Europe, and the United States
Take care of the paperwork: documentation, agreements, NDAs, and others, in cooperation with our legal team and other team members
Have an opportunity to develop your project management skills: you will be responsible for few topics at the same time, being also a point of contact for our internal stakeholders
Develop your creative skills: create business- and company-wide presentations for CEO (to be presented during the workshops or meetings)

You are the right candidate if you:
Have prior experience in a similar position (experience in the IT industry is a plus)
Are a highly organized person, who can manage multiple projects and priorities (you are the right person just to get things done)
Have experience in managing projects and cooperation with senior stakeholders
Know deeply, how to work with spreadsheets, presentations, etc. - your level of experience allows you to create an outstanding presentation based on a quick brief and company corporate identity guidelines
Have impressive communication and interpersonal skills
Are open-minded and can find creative solutions
Have experience in working with documentation, contracts, and legal tasks (administrative/legal education is an asset)
Speak fluently English and Polish (C1)
