Klient / projekt: Software House / Startup (własny produkt z obszaru IoT / AI dot. zarządzania flotą pojazdów)
Lokalizacja: 100% zdalnie (docelowo praca hybrydowa z biura w Warszawie)
Start: ASAP (akceptujemy kandydatury z max 1msc okresem wypowiedzenia)
Zespół / firma: około 10 osób (2x QA, 2x Frontend Dev, 2x Backend Dev, 1x UX Designer, 1x DevOps, 3x embedded dev + CTO)
responsibilities :
Odpowiedzialność za budowanie fundamentów produktu, strategię produktową i tłumaczenie koncepcji
Budowanie silnych fundamentów produktu (w tym poukładanie metodyki pracy na etapie produktu + developmentu + testów akceptacyjnych) - obecnie jest to mix Kanbana ze Scrum - byle wychodziło ;-)
Tłumaczenie koncepcji produktowych na wymagania techniczne
Współpraca z zespołem IT: wykorzystanie Twojej wiedzy technicznej do płynnej komunikacji w celu terminowego dostarczania zamierzonych poprawek / zmian / nowych funkcjonalności produktu
Zarządzanie zespołem developerskim od strony produktowej (stawianie celów, egzekucja)
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia jako Technical Product Manager (Technical Product Owner)
Wiedza techniczna z obszaru backend developmentu czy embedded (wskazane startowe doświadczenie w roli programisty lub testera)
Bardzo dobra znajomość Confluence i Jira (do zarządzania zespołem i "dostawami")
Język angielski jest kluczowy - do codziennej płynnej komunikacji w mowie i piśmie
