EVERSIS is a technology company with an established position on the market of IT services in Poland. We create custom software for such companies and institutions as:  European Space Agency,  Airbus Defense and Space,  National Bank of Poland or CERN.

Recruitment consists of three stages:
an interview with the HR Business Partner
an interview with the BA Team Leader
an interview with our CEO.

The Business Analyst is a bridge between the Customer and the development team. To fulfil this role, Business Analysts must understand the customers' business needs, recommend the most efficient solutions, and define the project's scope. Daily tasks include supporting the sales team when creating the offer and the technical team during the development.
Must have:
Experience in business analysis. Important We are not looking for Business Analytics professional who works with data and statistical analysis.
Experience and engagement in working with external clients
Knowledge of software development process
Effective communication in Polish & English.
Writing skills in Polish & English. Ability to write structured messages and documents, for example sales proposals
Presentation skills
Critical thinking
Problem solving
Proactivness. We need someone who is not afraid to ask questions and takes responsibility for proposing solutions.
