We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an L2 Support Engineer for an existing Azure-native project. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving incidents and performing maintenance activities for Azure-based applications.

Working hours: 3:00 AM - 10:00 AM CET

Responsibilities:

Provide L2 support by monitoring and resolving incidents
Perform routine maintenance and support tasks for Azure-native applications
Collaborate with the development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Continuously monitor system performance and health using tools like App Insights/Azure Monitor to proactively identify and address potential issues
Assist in maintaining and improving infrastructure using Terraform
Support Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management, and Application Gateway
Document incident resolutions, procedures, and configurations as needed

Our Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in diverse roles within the manufacturing industry
3-4 years of experience on Maintenance, prior experience in L2 support or a related role
Basic experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, EventHub, API Management)
Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices
Understanding of monitoring tools such as App Insights/Elastic/Splunk/Grafana
English on communicative level (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills for incident reporting and collaboration.
Ability to work independently during assigned shifts.
