Marketing Manager DACH 

 

We are the largest Polish manufacturer of Enterprise Low-Code Application Platform software and a leader among electronic document workflow system providers in Poland. We operate from our offices in Krakow and Seattle, USA. Our WEBCON BPS platform is revolutionizing the way companies around the world automate and optimize their business processes. 

 

As a Marketing Manager DACH you will join drive our brand's success in the German-speaking market. 

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Crafting compelling positioning strategies, identifying target audiences, and devising effective marketing strategies tailored to various segments and channels within the DACH region  
  • Taking charge of end-to-end execution for marketing initiatives targeting the DACH market  
  • Collaborating closely with email, performance marketing, and web teams to conceptualize, test, and refine lead-nurturing campaigns  
  • Orchestrating marketing activities in alignment with our Partner Channel Network members  
  • Coordinating partnerships with external agencies specializing in SEO and PR   
  • Analyzing customer insights, market trends, and data to improve the effectiveness of our marketing endeavors and craft winning strategies  
  • Managing the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI  
  • Presenting concepts and final outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders, while communicating with senior leadership about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets  
  • Providing regular reports on the progress and outcomes of marketing activities and campaigns  
  • Continuously assessing the effectiveness and impact of ongoing marketing initiatives, and optimizing strategies accordingly 


Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in the English and German language  
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Marketing Manager  
  • Experience in crafting and executing marketing activities in DACH Region, good understanding of the local market  
  • Demonstrated expertise in formulating complex marketing plans and executing impactful campaigns  
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills  
  • A metrics-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on data analysis to inform strategy and measure success
