Role Overview: Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you're the dynamo in our Client Service team, working hand in hand with our global and regional clients and supporting the Account Managers. With your finger on the pulse of social media, creativity, and strategy, you'll help steer the ship of crafting engaging social media advertisements. Your day-to-day will be rich and varied, involving everything from understanding client needs to assisting in managing the lifecycle of ad production. You'll be in the thick of it all, helping to nurture ideas into campaigns that resonate and engage.


We're On the Lookout for Someone Who:
  • Brings at least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably within marketing, digital, or a creative setting.
  • Has a solid grasp of social media platforms, knows what's trending, and understands the ins and outs of creating compelling content.
  • Boasts some experience with social media advertising campaigns (TikTok, META, YouTube Ads are all in your playground).
  • Has experience in collaborating with influencers or content creators, ensuring the brand's voice remains strong and clear.
  • Can juggle different tasks, staying cool under pressure.
  • Is a creative at heart – we thrive on creativity here
  • Speaks fluent English, ready to engage with our global clientele and team.

Your Journey at Foap Includes:
  • Being a key player in client and partner communications.
  • Contributing to top-notch client service, keeping satisfaction and loyalty high.
  • Assisting in the production of creative assets, from the initial brief through to the campaign's performance analysis.
  • Working closely with content creators to manage and deliver assets.
  • Playing a part in preparing project presentations, budgets, timelines, and estimates.
  • Helping monitor and report on project outcomes.
