Opis stanowiska

Join the team working on content and dedicated landing pages for the largest campaigns on Allegro, including: Allegro Days, Smart Week, Black weeks and others focused on user needs. Work closely with the UX team to design user-centric websites. Build inter-team cooperation, rely on data, prepare landing page analyses. Implement new initiatives, A/B tests, track trends, look for inspiration in modernizing websites for sourcing campaigns. Cooperate with stakeholders, including representatives of business units, categories, advertising and marketing teams. 


What does this role involve?

  • You will be responsible for preparing content for Polish and foreign markets - building landing pages for sourcing campaigns
  • Working on data, preparing analyzes of campaign websites
  • Making decisions based on requests for changes to the website
  • Contact with other teams in the organization, including: UX, Graphics, Campaign team, Advertising team, Technology team and others
  • Conducting A/B tests of new solutions, implementing your own ideas and initiatives
  • Increasing landing page results (including main metrics: CTR, CR and GMV)


This is the right job for you, if:

  • You hold a Master's degree in Digital communications, Digital marketing, E-commerce, E-business, IT/AI
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English (at least B2 level)
  • You have proven experience in working on large E-commerce projects, creating content and landing pages
  • You enjoy working with data in a structured way and making decisions based on them
  • You know user paths and can manage them effectively
  • You have strong communication skills and you effectively collaborate across teams
  • You are flexible and can adapt to work in a dynamic environment
  • You have the ability to solve problems and think critically


The following are also a plus:

  • Familiarity with ecommerce
  • Familiarity with​ Jira, Google workspace, Figma
  • Knowledge of UX design
