AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all.    

We are seeking a Documentation Specialist, responsible for managing some aspects of the documentation process, ensuring timely and efficient tracking of shipments, lien releases, and claims management to join our International Shipping team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Establish daily contact with auctions to obtain tracking numbers for shipments and ensure timely delivery of documents. 
  • Proactively work on securing lien releases to expedite the processing of vehicle titles. 
  • Oversee and manage FedEx claims, ensuring appropriate compensation is obtained for any lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. 
  • Responsible for sending vehicle titles from the office to warehouses, agencies, and other relevant locations while maintaining proper documentation. 
  • Track title receipt in the office, verify document accuracy, and request mailing addresses from members when necessary. 
  • Review, verify, and validate incoming documents for export accuracy before processing. 
  • Coordinate with auctions, financial institutions, and internal departments to resolve any title-related discrepancies or missing paperwork. 
  • Generate reports on title processing, pending shipments, and outstanding lien releases to ensure smooth workflow and compliance. 

Requirements: 

  • Prior customer support experience 
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Russian 
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Working hours: 14:00 CET - 23:00 CET 
  • Working from the office is required
