Role overview:

Join a dynamic team within Wholesale Data & Analytics IT, shaping data structures that drive analytics, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler with expertise in data modelling techniques, relational databases, and hands-on experience in creating ERD and UDM diagrams. You will be responsible for designing and aligning new data models with the target CAR model of the PEGA system.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to enhance data structure and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to align data models with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., BIAN, FSDM, BDW) and promote data governance best practices.
  • Support data integration, API development, and system architecture.
  • Work with data modelling tools such as Erwin, IBM Infosphere, or Collibra to document and optimize data architectures.

Key Requirement:

  • Proven experiencein data modelling, data architecture, and database design.
  • Strong knowledge of relational and distributed databases with hands-on expertise in SQL.
  • Experience with PEGA system and CAR models is a plus.
  • Ability to work in complex data environments, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in financial services or risk management is preferred.
  • Hybrid work - 2 days/week from Kraków office
