Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, tracking progress, and providing administrative support to the project team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics such as budget, timeline, and resource utilization.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and they are satisfied with project outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and managing project documentation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other product-related documentation.
  • Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and escalate to project managers when necessary.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and stored in a centralized location.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business, project management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as a project coordinator or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration software, such as Jira / Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
