needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the United Arab Emirates. The new digital

bank will offer a mobile-first, mobile-only banking experience, specifically designed to address the

unique needs of SMEs.

OpenText Specialist

Highly skilled OpenText Platform Developer with 4+ years of experience in developing and deploying

OpenText-based applications within any industry sector. The ideal candidate will understand enterprise content management (ECM), business process automation, and system integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText platform development.

Technical Proficiency:

o Strong knowledge of OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Workflow Suite.

o Experience with OpenText API integrations and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

o Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL for custom development.

o Understanding of UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly applications.

• Proven experience in delivering projects within the industry sector.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting application and integration issues.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• OpenText certifications (e.g., Content Server Business Consultant, OpenText Developer) are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
