What does this role involve?

  • You will implement data pipelines and automated workflows using SQL/Python required for Data and AI tools and processes
  • You will monitor and enhance the quality and integrity of data
  • You will be responsible for creating metadata aggregation processes, integrated with Allegro's Data and AI platform to support tools and processes in the areas of: Data Quality, Data Lineage and Data Governance
  • You will collaborate with other data engineers, product owners, data analysts and business users to understand their requirements and deliver high quality data products to facilitate their work
  • You will manage and optimize costs related to our data infrastructure and data processing on GCP

We are looking for people who: 

  • Can write SQL queries 
  • Program in Python and are comfortable using basic development tools
  • Would like to gain experience working with large datasets and comprehending database design and data structures
  • Are aware of data pipelines orchestration tools like Apache Airflow
  • Are eager to constantly develop and broaden their knowledge
  • Know English at B2+ level
