Required Qualifications
- 7–8 years of experience in Software Testing, including 2+ years in Software Test Management.
- Expertise in test management tools, testing methodologies, and reporting tools.
- Excellent people management and client-facing skills.
- Advanced project management capabilities.
- Ability to guide and mentor Senior Test Automation Engineers and Testers.
- ISTQB Test Manager certification (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2+ level) to collaborate in globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with projects in the Public Sector.
